Signs The Apocolypse Is Upon Us

"All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach." ~ Adolf Hitler

The world is coming to an end.

This, to my mind, is disturbing evidence that Pat Robertson is not Christ motivated, but money motivated. I have always believed he is a phony, and only in ministry for the money, and this ad appears to confirm my belief. If he truly believes in the power of God, he would believe man is not capable of destroying what God has made. He has, however, often demonstrated that he is more interested in the almighty dollar than the almighty God. Al Sharpton's presence in the ad is no surprise.

I'm not saying Robertson is not a man of faith. After all, it takes more faith to believe in Global Warming than it does to believe in God.

What's more troubling than the fact that two political opposites are appearing in an ad together for one cause is the cause itself.

I cannot state it often enough.

Global Warming is a myth.

And "Climate Change" is just a term for Global Warming that the Global Warming nuts use to cover their behinds in the inevitable case their wacky theories turn out to be wrong and the globe actually cools. If they say "Climate Change" instead of "Global Warming", they are right either way, and then they can say, "Nyah Nyah Nyah! We told you so!"

It's craziness that will end the world, not Climate Change.

This is sad...

Just to save yourself the headaches, it's helpful to remember that it is Man-Made GW that is a myth. The globe warms and cools all the time, so global warming alone is not a myth, just how the Gore-sheep claim it is due to us that is mythical. Important distinction.

We've survived being fried by the hole in the ozone, being stung to death by killer bees, becoming extinct through overpopulation, etc., etc., etc. This too shall pass -- until liberals can find another bogus crisis to enrich themselves and spread socialism.

Pat Robertson is a good man and has a great body of work. He's just getting a little goofy in his old age...I don't think the love of money has motivated his actions.

Global warming fanatics insist the entire earth is gradually warming, and that within 20-30 years the earth, as we know it, will cease to exist. They do not say the earth will go through periods of warmth and cold in different locations until the earth ceases to exist. That is what the globe does naturally. That would not be a crisis.

They say the entire earth is warming at a maddening pace toward destruction. THEN they say man causes it. The theory of Global Warming is itself a myth. The expanded theory that man causes global warming is an even more ridiculous myth.

Trader Rick, I have watched Robertson's TV show on occasion, admittedly not often enough to make any educated judgment about it, but every time I have seen it, he is ranting about the economy, and begging for donations. It was enough for me to draw the conclusion that he is in it for the money. I won't be so arrogant as to say I am unequivocally correct in my assessment, but he is how I see him.

As to your statement, "I don't think the love of money has motivated his actions." -- He is supposedly a CHRISTIAN minister. As such he shouldn't seriously believe in Global Warming or Catastrophic climate change. So, taking that into consideration, why else would he agree to making that ad, if not solely for the compensation?

Um, Re; "He is supposedly a CHRISTIAN minister. As such he shouldn't seriously believe in Global Warming or Catastrophic climate change."

What. The. Hell?

ER, just because you believe in a stupid mythg such as Global climate change, it doesn't make it so. In the same way that having a fistful of College degrees doesn't mean you have the capacity for abstract thought.

New term to replace Anthropogenic Global Warming: Anthropocentric Global Warming.

I prefer to call it..."The War on Weather".

I have refused...and continue to refuse to use the "accepted" terms you mention above.

"Pat Robertson is a good man..."

There is none righteous...no, not one.

Pat Robertson is...and has long been...an embarrassment to the God he claims to represent.
