A Disturbing Promise

"The greatest mistake is trying to be more agreeable than you can be." ~ Walter Bagehot

In previous posts, I have asked questions and made unfounded accusations about Barack Hussein Obama. Some of the accusations were made with tongue firmly planted in cheek.

I made them intentionally just to anger Liberals. They have no sense of humor, as their responses indicated.

But the fact is, Obama is in a lot of hot water because of his association with his minister, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, who Obama refers to as his "spiritual advisor". Certainly, if Obama wasn't in agreement with the hateful, racist, inflammatory things his minister has preached sometime within the last twenty years, it would seem prudent for him to have searched out and joined another church. One whose minister preached a less controversial and divisive message.

Except, now he claims he wasn't present when these things were said. (which is a lie)

And, by the way, it is a divisive message. All men are created equal. Contrary to what Reverend Wright apparently believes, black men are not more equal than white men.

I know I wouldn't continue to go to, or support a church if my minister was continually preaching such non-Biblical doctrines.

It just goes to show. If you have skeletons in your closet, or questionable associations, you'd better not run for public office.

Your sins will find you out.

Personally, I am not so concerned about Barry Hussein Obama's association with his minister as I am about his promise to end the war by negotiation. The only things with which the terrorists will agree are:

1. All Americans convert to Islam.

2. Those who don't convert must be executed.

There is no third choice, thus, unless Obama agrees to these stipulations, the violence will continue until we wipe them out or they wipe us out.

If this is the kind of "change" Obama is talking about, we are better off not changing at all. That is, unless you want to either become a Muslim or die.

It's not that I believe he would actually negotiate a surrender, it's that he is, in fact, making that promise, and that may actually be the most frightening aspect of his candidacy of all.

That he is willing to promise to literally destroy all that America represents. Our freedom, our independence, our life, our liberty, and our pursuit of happiness.

All so he can be President.

What kind of President would make that kind of promise?

Hi Mark,
Very good points. I don't believe Hussein is fit to be president with a divisive pastor like Wright. I imagine that it is only a matter of time before someone, probably the Clintons, find out he was in the audience during one of Wright's racist screeds. Then Hussein will have to come out and say he didn't hear it, or didn't understand it. Either way, it will make him look unattentive or stupid.

The thing for Hussein to do is move his membership to a less racist church. Hopefully the damage is already done and this empty politician will go away.

What bothers me is the likes of DT trying to defend this pastor in his racist screed. There is no excuse for anything he said. I've been a pastor for 10 years and probably have only talked about races maybe once. Why would any pastor worth his weight go on about such things when there is so much more to preach about from God's word? Wright should be defrocked.
Blessings

I AM! If Barack Obama claims he didnt know any of this hate speech in the last 20 years that has been going on in his church NOT ONLY IS HE A LIAR!, But how is Obama suppose to make foreign policy decisions? How will BHO conduct the war on terror? How will he know what decisions to make in the haste of a Moment?

How can we be sure what this nutball is thinking? Will he put his Pastor's words first? Before he makes a decision? How do we know he will make a policy decision that benefits America rather than Islam?

There are to many unanswered questions.

This man is NOT fit to be commander-n-cheif.

This is only the tip of the iceburg, there will be more to come out about Obama soon.

So now Barack Hussein Obama threatens Americans with continued racial tensions? If he's not elected there'll be years more of racial division, bigotry, and hatred? The man who called for everyone to stop injecting race into the election is now injecting race?

What a coward. And a liar. He's not interested in real Hope. He cares about only about the "hope" liberalism can bring, which for all intent and purpose is "Bondage" with a fresh coat paint.

Anyone who sits upon a church pew for twenty years has certainly heard the sermons the Pastor has given. And NO one sits on a pew for twenty years inwardly abhorring and repudiating the message. That kind of silence is better named "Cowardice." And he is a liar if he expects any one of us to believe he didn't agree with twenty years worth of sermons.

As for the right "Reverend" Wright, he too is a liar, a thief, a racist, and a hate-monger. As Timotheus has stated, he should be defrocked. But seeing as how he's already retired from the pulpit he should be denied a soapbox from which he can continue to divide this nation in terms of race... like the right "reverends" Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Louis "Mothership" Farrakhan.

I am certainly not a Hillary supporter, but she at least is not threatening continued GENDER tensions if she's not elected. And the fact that she is every bit as much a liar and a coward as Barack Hussein Obama doesn't stead the senator from Illinois a more favorable light.

If Obama has ANY integrity he would more than denounce pastor Wright, he would take it on the chin and admit he was wrong to spend twenty years in a church that propagated hatred, lies, and racial bigotry. If he wants to offer this nation genuine Hope, he needs to air out his own baggage first and foremost, and trust the American people to deal justly and fairly with him. Not get on national television and all but threaten America should he not win the White House.

Where are all these liberals who FREAK when Bush talks about HIS faith, who lie awake nights worrying that this country will become a Christian theocracy? I haven't heard a peep from them.

O'Bama has painted himself into a corner with his lies, and now there is no escape. The question for the democrat-socialist party is now how to dump him?

Not to worry. The Blacks and Hollyweird, O'Bama's base won't quit the party over this--they know which side of the toast is buttered for them...

Man, I give up. The lies, hypocrisy, hatred and demonization here are beyond contempt and beyond trying to address further.

Except for ER, you folk wouldn't know Truth it bit you in your empty-headed skulls.

May God have Mercy on your poor, pathetic, lying, hateful souls.

Mark said...

ER, You left a true Christian church because they follow God's teachings too closely, and joined an apostate congregation because their doctrine agrees with what you want to believe rather than what God wants you to believe.

I'd say you fit that description better than I.

And now, Obama sits in a church and disagrees with what his pastor preaches (he says) but remains in the church so his daughters can be influenced by the pastor's messages, and you still support the guy?

Oh well, at least you're consistent.

Dan, I would have rejected that stupid comment, too, but I have rarely seen someone get things so completely backwards as that. I thought I should share it with the world.

The lies, hypocrisy, Demonization, contempt, and hatred are coming from Obama's (and by association, Obama himself)"spiritual advisor", not my commenters. With the exception of ER, of course.

I am astounded that you don't see that.

Now, I will go back to rejecting your stupid comments. If you have anything intelligent to say in the future, I might publish it, but judging from your last few idiocies, I highly doubt it.

"until the "left-winger" shows up..."

yep. Dan has been a tour de farce of idiocy at my place. He acts as though he's the only one who can objectively and semantically determine what is and is not racist/hate speech.

Until Dan can debate rationally, he's to be ignored. ER too-- especially since he doesn't understand the difference between a prophet of God and a hate-spewing pastor.

This poor fellow has really lost it. He was bombarded with facts and truth so much he exploded into a million little red blobs just like an alien hit by a photon torpedo. There is no rehab for him. Allowing him to comment here further would just be plain cruel. He is in desperate need of help, and he can't get it here...

But don't despair, it's not our fault for his misery. Blame the dark side-liberals who have infected his brain. Get help Dan!!!

Can you imagine the upheaval if it were discovered that a Republican candidate was a member of a church that preached that blacks are the cause of all our economic woes, or that God should judge America for allowing blacks to vote? How about a church whose number one priority was the European culture - that said on its website that it was unashamedly white and Christian and supported the cause of Caucasian prosperity? How about a church that claimed that Jesus was not a Jew - but instead a European Caucasian?

Dan will probably go and shoot up a mall now. Liberals can't keep all that bile and frustration bottled up 24/7 without eventually snapping.

Mark said...

With what? A rubber band? I'm sure Dan doesn't own a gun. Remember, guns kill people.

Lone Ranger said...

I'm sure if someone did a study, they'd find these guys who shoot up schools, malls and churches are liberals. This guy who killed five people in northern Illinois was described as liked by his professors and interested in social causes. Doesn't sound like a Young Republican to me. And then the guy in Colorado who shot up two churches was screaming, "You Christians brought this on yourselves!" and “All I want to do is kill and injure as many of you … as I can -- especially Christians who are to blame for most of the problems in the world.” Again, not a Young Republican. I'm sure the reason the media doesn't look into this is that they're afraid of what they'll find. As for the availability of guns, well, isn't that one of the liberals' biggest complaints -- that any nut can get a gun?
