Yesterday, Lone Ranger posted one of his famous "What's in my Head" entries, a video featuring the original Spike Jones and his rather unusual orchestra. That got me thinking of another song recorded by Homer and Jethro long ago, when the earth was cooling, also featuring Spike Jones. So, I went to Youtube and found it. It is a spoof of Ruggero Leoncavallo's famous opus, Pagliacci. Here it is, for your enjoyment:

I haven't heard that one before. I loved Homer and Jethro. This
was my favorite when I was just a little kid.
I though I knew ALL of Spike Jones' work, but this is a new one on me. Thanks!
